Battery testing & State-of-Health grading
Value recovery starts with knowing exactly what a battery can still do. We test, grade and document every asset.
A used battery without data is worth whatever the most pessimistic buyer assumes. A used battery with a documented State-of-Health report is a tradeable asset. Testing and grading is the step that converts unknown packs into components that system builders, repairers and specialist buyers can actually plan around.
Every battery in our process is assessed for capacity, condition and safety. Packs and modules are graded into tiers, and the results are documented in a State-of-Health report that travels with the asset. That data is also what powers our value matching: instead of pushing every battery down the same channel, we route each one — second-life reuse, repair stock, specialist demand, or certified recycling — based on what the numbers say it's genuinely worth.
Capacity & condition testing
Measured usable capacity and degradation state — not estimates from the label or the odometer.
Safety screening
Mechanical, electrical and thermal checks identify units that need containment, repair or retirement.
State-of-Health report
A documented grade for every pack, module or cell batch — the basis for pricing, reuse and the Battery Passport era.
Maximum-value matching
Grades drive routing: each battery goes to the strongest of reuse, repair, specialist demand or recycling.
Intake inspection
Visual and electrical screening establishes safe handling class and test plan.
Testing
Capacity, internal condition and safety characteristics are measured per pack, module or cell batch.
Grading & documentation
Results are tiered and written into a State-of-Health report that stays with the asset.
Value routing
The grade determines the battery's maximum-value route — and the report backs the price.
